1. Promoter

Rosendorff (WA) Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 56 698 951 129), trading as Rosendorff Diamond Jewellers, 92 Barrack Street, Perth WA 6000.

2. Who can enter

Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who have made a purchase from Rosendorff (in store or online) and replied to our post-purchase feedback email during the entry period. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. How to enter

Reply to the feedback email sent after your purchase with your honest feedback about your purchase and experience. One entry per purchase. Entry is automatic on reply. No purchase beyond your original order is required, and feedback of any kind (positive or negative) qualifies equally.

4. Entry periods and draw dates

Draws are held twice a year at the Rosendorff showroom at 10:00am AWST:

• First Monday in January, covering replies received 1 June to 31 December of the previous year
• First Monday in June, covering replies received 1 January to 31 May

5. Prizes

Three winners are selected at random in each draw. Prizes are Rosendorff gift cards:

• First prize: $1,000 gift card
• Second prize: $500 gift card
• Third prize: $250 gift card

Total prize pool per draw: $1,750. Gift cards are redeemable in store or online at rosendorffs.com, valid for 3 years from issue, not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

6. Winners

Winners are drawn in order of prize value: the first name drawn wins first prize, the second wins second prize and the third wins third prize. Winners are notified by email and phone within 7 days of the draw and published on this page. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at the same place and time 3 months later. Gift cards are issued by email or can be collected from the showroom.

7. General

The Promoter's decision is final. Entrant details are used only to administer the draw and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This promotion is not connected with Google or any review platform, and entry is not conditional on leaving a public review.
