What has changed
We have moved. Rosendorff Diamond Jewellers now operates from 92 Barrack Street, Perth WA 6000, with our showroom and our Perth CBD workshop together in one place.
The workshop is run by the same jewellers and the same staff, and maintained to the same standards of craftsmanship, quality, and service our clients have trusted for generations.
Moving out of a large mall showroom lets us operate more efficiently and concentrate on what matters: exceptional craftsmanship, dependable service, and fair pricing.
Visiting us
You are always welcome to walk in, and we do encourage booking an appointment so we can give you our full attention and have the pieces you want to see ready.
- Walk in: Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 3:30pm
- By appointment: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Sunday: 11:00am to 4:00pm, by appointment only. Sunday appointments can be booked as little as 30 to 60 minutes ahead.

Are you closing down?
No. Rosendorff Diamonds is continuing. Only the Hay Street showroom closed. Our workshop, jewellers, staff, and standards remain unchanged.
Where are you now?
92 Barrack Street, Perth WA 6000. Our showroom and workshop are in the one location, and we continue to serve clients online.
Do I need an appointment?
Not for a walk in between 11:00am and 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. We do encourage an appointment, which can be booked 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Sunday is by appointment only, 11:00am to 4:00pm, and Sunday appointments can be booked as little as 30 to 60 minutes ahead. If you are new to diamonds, our complimentary Diamond Discovery appointment is the best place to start.
Is there stock in the showroom?
Yes. The showroom holds a curated selection of jewellery, including engagement rings, fine jewellery, and one-of-a-kind pieces.
It does not carry the same volume as the Hay Street showroom, but clients can view, compare, and order pieces with personalised assistance.
What is the new showroom like?
It is private and personal, alongside our workshop, designed for focused viewings and custom design rather than mall foot traffic.
Are the same jewellers and staff still there?
Yes. The same jewellers and staff remain, maintaining the standards our clients have trusted for generations.
Does this affect repairs, resizing, or cleaning?
No. Repairs, resizing, cleaning, and after-sales service continue as usual.
Are all items listed online?
No. Many items are not listed online.
We carry a large selection of one-of-a-kind pieces, particularly engagement rings, loose diamonds, and gemstones, available only in the showroom.
I cannot visit in person. Can you still help?
Yes. Email moments@rosendorffs.com and we will send photos or a short video of any piece you are interested in, and we can arrange delivery Australia wide.
Is this a permanent change?
Yes. This is a long-term shift toward a more efficient operating model, allowing us to focus on quality, service, and value.
