What’s changing
Our Perth CBD workshop remains exactly where it is, operated by the same jewellers and the same staff, and maintained to the same standards of craftsmanship, quality, and service our clients have trusted for generations.
In the future, we will operate a by-appointment-only showroom alongside our workshop. Clients may still visit with short notice, including for jewellery cleaning, with as little as 15 minutes’ notice.
This change allows us to operate more efficiently by reducing costs associated with large CBD showrooms, This enables us to concentrate on exceptional craftsmanship, dependable service, and fair pricing.

As part of this transition, all existing Hay Street showroom stock is being liquidated.
All stock must go – 50% to 70% off, while stocks last.
