Why some orders take longer than expected
Why Your Order Takes Longer Than Expected
Fine jewellery is not mass-produced. At Rosendorff Diamonds, each piece is individually crafted using traditional fine jewellery methods, with a focus on precision, durability, and finish.
We do not cast jewellery as a single piece with diamonds already in place. Casting with stones set at that stage can compromise accuracy, weaken settings, and limit control over the final result.
Instead, each component is fabricated and finished first. Diamonds are then set individually by hand during a dedicated setting stage. This approach allows for stronger settings, precise stone placement, correct alignment, and a superior overall finish.
The final setting and finishing stage requires specialist expertise. During this period, our master jeweller was unexpectedly unavailable since December, which temporarily extended completion timelines for some orders.
Rather than rush work or compromise on quality, we chose to complete each piece only once we could maintain the appropriate level of craftsmanship.
This process can take more time, but it ensures your jewellery is finished correctly, securely, and to the standard expected from a fine jewellery house.
Our commitment
Our workshop, jewellers, and quality standards remain unchanged. Every piece is completed with the same care and attention to detail for which Rosendorff Diamonds has been known for generations.
